Who can use Mira

• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
• Use one real account. Do not impersonate someone else or create fake accounts.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

How to post

• Use an honest title, a real price and clear photos of the actual item.
• Put your listing in the right category.
• Only post items that are yours to sell and legal to sell.
• Do not post the same item many times to flood the results.

Prohibited items

The following may never be listed on Mira:

• Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
• Drugs and controlled or illegal substances.
• Stolen goods.
• Counterfeit, fake or replica products.
• Adult or sexual content.
• Live animals involving cruelty, and endangered or protected species.
• Humans, human organs, or anything otherwise illegal to trade.
• Medical prescriptions and prescription-only medicines.
• Currency schemes, financial scams and anything designed to defraud.

How to behave

• No spam or repeated unwanted messages.
• No harassment, threats or hate toward other users.
• No fraud, deception or misleading offers.
• Treat other users with respect.

Moderation

We review listings and may reject or remove anything that breaks these rules or the law, with or without notice. Repeated violations can lead to your account being suspended or removed.

Liability

Mira is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any deal and we do not own, inspect or guarantee the items listed. Meet in a safe public place, inspect the item before you pay, and use your own judgement. Any agreement is between you and the other person.

Changes to these rules

We may update these rules as the service grows. When we make important changes we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use Mira means you accept the current rules.
